Warren County Clerk’s Office Closes to Public Access
The Warren County Clerk’s office will be closing to the public beginning Wednesday, March 18 and will remain closed until further notice. Our staff will continue to work in the office processing normal daily transactions.
In light of all Governmental requests regarding COVID-19 to limit public gatherings, we feel for our employee’s safety as well as the safety of the general public it is our most sensible solution. While we understand this decision will inconvenience a lot of people, we do not make this decision lightly.
Listed below are the services provided by this office and how the closure will affect those services.
Elections and Voter Registration
DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR THE JUNE 23, 2020 PRIMARY IS TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2020 by 4:00 p.m.
DEADLINE TO CHANGE PARTY AFFILIATION WAS 12/31/2019
If you changed your party affiliation after 12/31/2019, you are not eligible to vote in the Primary.
GENERAL ELECTION is Tuesday, November 3, 2020
Request a Mail-in Absentee Ballot
Primary Election: June 23, 2020
Due to the Emergency Order and Regulations approved by the Kentucky State Board of Elections, all eligible voters in Warren County may request an absentee mail-in ballot for the Primary Election held on June 23, 2020.
Any Republican or Democrat may request an absentee ballot by clicking the request a mail-in absentee ballot and selecting COVID-19 as the reason for their request. Voters may also call (270) 843-5306 to request a ballot.
The Warren County Primary ballot has ONLY Democratic and Republican races. There are NO non-partisan races. Only voters registered Democrat or Republican will receive a ballot.
BEFORE completing this form go to https://vrsws.sos.ky.gov/VIC/ to check your eligibility and to verify your address is correct.
Automobile Registration Renewal
The public will have three options to renew their vehicle registration.
Option 1: Online registration at www.drive.ky.gov
Option 2: Mail-In Service. Mail-in renewals should include your previous year registration or the card sent by the State of Kentucky, proof of insurance and payment. Mail to: Warren County Clerk, PO Box 478, BG Ky 42102-0478.
Option 3: Renewal over the phone (this option will only be available during this closure). You will need your vehicle information and a credit card.

Delinquent Tax Payments
Payments will be processed by mail or over the phone. You must have your tax bill # and tax year.
